Irish Foodies’ Fridges

February 16, 2011 in Events

It all started with a tweet from Imen from the I Married an Irish Farmer blog asking to peek inside some foodies’ fridges, and by noon yesterday, #foodiefridgeflash was trending in Dublin on Twitter as people uploaded snaps of their fridge contents. Have a look!

  1. Whoo – Trish Deseine has the same yoghurts as me. I’m in good company!

  2. This was SO much fun yesterday! And now, thanks to all these links, I have even more fridges to help me procrastinate :)

Thanks to Imen for the idea and thanks to IFBA for all the linkage!

  3. Such a great idea – I could look inside people’s fridges all day!

  4. This was such a cool idea! Just found out and posted mine even though I’m a bit late to the party. In a word, barren!

  5. What fun (and a great excuse to clean the fridge)! Unfortunately I still haven’t figured out how to post photos on Twitter, but loving looking at everyone else’s.

    • Dee, you can try using a separate website like Twitpic, which can be connected to your Twitter account. Give it a try!

  6. The nosey person inside me loves this! ha! I completely forgot to take a photo of my fridge when I got home…is there still time??

    • Hi Angelica and Andrew, just wanted to make sure you know that you’ll have to leave your comments on the Mammy’s Kitchen blog – comments left here won’t be counted for her giveaway. Thanks!

    • Sure, just use the hash tag #foodiefridgeflash and send us the link to the photo and we’ll add it to the list!

  7. That’s gas! I have a section on my blog about my fridge! :)
