Congratulations to Deirdre Collins from Dee’s Wholefoods, who is launching her vegetarian range of Dee’s Wholefood Burgers, made entirely from ingredients sourced in West Cork, on the British market.
Following a fire at a nearby premises, the Gotham South restaurant in Stillorgan (sister of Gotham Café on South Anne Street in Dublin) had to close, but they reopened today at noon. Gotham Café also recently scooped the Gold Medal Award for Best Pizza at the Chef Ireland 2011 Global Pizza Challenge event at the recent CATEX Exhibition in the RDS, so it’s as good a time as any to visit these restaurants.
