Irish food blogger wanted for Australian website
June 3, 2012 in Events
We got this request for an Irish food blogger from Australian website Taste Ireland:
We have an Irish Food Blog section on our community site. We import Irish food to Australia, and have a very active web presence here amoung the Irish in Australia. We send an e-newsletter twice a month, the blog would be featured in the newsletter which goes out to a database of over 10,000, and a very high open and click through rate. The blog would also be tweeted and given a Facebook status. We would put the article on our community website, and link back to the blogger’s own website.
What we are looking for specifically is someone to provide us with at least two blog posts per month. We would like the blog to be somewhat personalised to the Irish expat in Australia, telling them the news about the Irish food movement at home, updating them on up-and-coming Irish businesses (good news stories are always great), maybe even some recipes they can use (based on Australia’s seasons and produce that can be attained here). We are all about providing value to our customer, and a fun Irish food blog is part of what we want to offer.
If we were to find the right fit, whether it’s one blogger blogging often, or a couple sharing the opportunity, we would be open to sending an Irish food blog to our readers once a week.
If you’re interested, email Fiona Barry at .au.
