An Invite to Bangladeshi Street Food Meets Irish Craft Beers
June 28, 2012 in Events
Sarah and Sarajit from the Fuchsia House Restaurant in Ardee, County Louth (you may also know them as the faces behind the popular Aruna Sauces range) would like to invite food bloggers to an exclusive preview of a special Bangladeshi Street Food Meets Irish Craft Beers meal – a twist on the classic curry and beer feast.
On Saturday, 30 June at 12 pm, Sarajit Chanda will cook up some authentic dishes from Bangladesh. You will be treated to a behind the scenes masterclass on how to prepare these traditional delights and to lunch afterwards, where you will get to taste them. The menu will include bhajis, tandoori items, spinach, lentils and delicious curries.
The preview is free of charge, but book soon as places are limited. You can contact Sarah directly at or ring 041 685 8432 and be sure to mention the IFBA and the name of your blog when you book.
And if you can’t make it on Saturday, the main event is taking place on Thursday, 12 July, where Tom Doorley will be matching the food with Irish craft ales, lagers and ciders. Tickets are €50 and booking is essential – see more details here.
