Food Paradise International

An American food and travel TV show called Food Paradise International is coming to Dublin next week and is looking for food bloggers and food fantastic to take part! Would you like to come out and taste the featured dishes on camera The show will pay for the entree and one non-alcoholic drink. Those who come must be willing to eat the featured dishes and say on camera how terrific they are.

The show would only be able to use you in ONE location, but if there are a few different time slots you might be available to join them, please them know via email. You can invite your friends too!

Food Styling & Photography Workshop

Due to the fantastic response they got to their previous workshops, top commercial food stylist Erica Ryan and leading food photographer Gary Jordan are running another professional food styling and photography workshop. The workshop is designed to assist budding food stylists, food bloggers, food writers or artisan food producers who want to capture their produce at its best and take their skills to a higher level. Over the day you will be introduced to the fundamentals of preparing food for the camera, props selection and backgrounds, basic camera techniques and the use of light and lighting along with processing your images. Places are limited, so book soon!

Erica and Gary, who have worked together for many years in the commercial food business, will pass on the many tips and tricks they have picked up during their time creating mouthwatering dishes for TV, film, print and the web. The workshop will take place in Erica’s fully equipped kitchen overlooking Howth Harbour and Ireland’s Eye.
